SDG Sneakers – Delivery Policy

At SDG Sneakers, customer satisfaction and timely delivery are our top priorities. This

policy explains how we process, ship, and handle delivery concerns for every order.

 Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

 All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

 Order confirmation is sent via email and/or SMS immediately after payment is

received.

🔹 2. Shipping Duration

 Standard delivery is completed within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.

 Deliveries in metro cities may take 2–4 days, while remote areas may require more

time due to logistical constraints.

 There may be delays during peak seasons, sale events, or due to natural calamities.

We use trusted third-party logistics services including:

 Blue Dart

 DTDC

 India Post

All shipments are tracked, insured, and handled with care to ensure your sneakers arrive in

excellent condition.

🔹 4. Shipping Charges

 Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

 Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available with an additional nominal fee depending

on location.

🔹 5. Order Tracking

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

 Customers can track their orders directly from our website or on the delivery partner’s

platform.

🔹 6. Delivery Issues

 If a shipment is delayed beyond 10 working days, customers can reach out to us for

 If the delivery address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable during delivery

attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may

apply for re-delivery.
