Cancellation and Refund Policy – SDG Sneakers
At SDG Sneakers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind or want to modify your order. Our cancellation process depends on the order status:
Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.

Cancellation requests can be made via WhatsApp, call, or email.

Once approved, your payment (if any) will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and handed over to the courier.

If you no longer want the item after dispatch, you can wait for delivery and initiate a return or exchange as per our Return Policy.
2. Order Modification

If you want to change the size, color, or style, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Modifications are allowed only before shipping.

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

Returned items in their original condition and packaging (see Return Policy for details)

Damaged or defective items received, if reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Product returned without original box or packaging

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original mode of payment (UPI, card, or wallet)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as:
