Cancellation and Refund Policy – SDG Sneakers

At SDG Sneakers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind or want to modify your order. Our cancellation process depends on the order status:

Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via WhatsApp, call, or email.

  • Once approved, your payment (if any) will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and handed over to the courier.

  • If you no longer want the item after dispatch, you can wait for delivery and initiate a return or exchange as per our Return Policy.


2. Order Modification

  • If you want to change the size, color, or style, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

  • Modifications are allowed only before shipping.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.


3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

  • Returned items in their original condition and packaging (see Return Policy for details)

  • Damaged or defective items received, if reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product shows signs of wear, damage, or use

  • Product returned without original box or packaging

  • Return request initiated after 7 days of delivery

  • Customized or limited-edition products (if applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery service charges (if applicable)


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original mode of payment (UPI, card, or wallet)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as:

    • Bank transfer (you will need to provide account details)

    • Store credit or voucher, which can be used for your next purchase


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

  1. Check your bank or UPI account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
